        Season before first use: Lightly oil and heat your pan to a medium heat, to help build a non-stick base.

        Use lower heat: PureClad heats efficiently - medium is usually enough to avoid burning oils or food.

        Cleaning: Hand wash recommended, but dishwasher safe.

        Oven safe: Up to 260°C/500°F
